Alternative dispute resolution (RAL)

Under Article 18 of Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, Damascode, Digital Agency, Lda informs customers who qualify as consumers under that law that the full list of consumer alternative dispute resolution entities in Portugal is available on the Consumer Portal.

For cross-border disputes within the EU, the online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
